Policy scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Whiteboard Chronicles mobile application and related services operated by Danuta Magdalena Eszer (the “Service Provider”).
Private by design
Your learning notes stay yours.
Whiteboard Chronicles is designed to help you capture ideas, reflect on what you learned, and follow your progress without creating a personal profile about you. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.
No registrationYou can use the app without creating an account.
No tracking profileNo advertising or cross-app behavior profile is created.
No server-side journalYour learning activity is not stored by the Service Provider.

Information we do not collect
The Application does not collect personal information from your use of Whiteboard Chronicles. It does not require registration and does not create a user account or cloud profile.
Learning notes, subjects, favorites, progress, streaks, reflections, and similar entries are not collected by the Service Provider.

Location and tracking
The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.

Third-party access
Because Whiteboard Chronicles does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, journal entries, learning notes, subjects, progress history, favorites, or streaks.
Retention period for personal data collected by the Application: none. Since Whiteboard Chronicles does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal app use.

Data Deletion
There is no server-side personal data to delete because the Application does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.
Local data remains under your control. If app content is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using your device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling Whiteboard Chronicles.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by contacting katarzyna34nowak@gmail.com.

Network communication
If the Application accesses online resources, standard network communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling or tracking.

Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age if required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security
A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
